Our Return Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will accept a return of unused or undamaged, full priced merchandise within 10 business days of the delivery for exchange or store credit only. A store credit will be issued in the amount of item(s) purchased.

To receive your exchange or store credit, the merchandise must be returned in the same packaging and condition in which it was received. We will not accept merchandise that has been worn or used. In such cases the merchandise will be returned to the customer.

Shipping & Handling Fees

Shipping and handling charges are not included and are non-refundable. If your shipment appears to be damaged, please notify us within 3 days by emailing info@royaljellyharlem.com.
